Things That Make Me Laugh (laugh laugh)
This came to me via Tessa Gratton.

I'm not sure if it's only funny to crazy writers and movie lovers, but . . . I laughed. A lot. I promise, it's totally worth it.

I cannot imagine anyone with a pulse who wouldn't laugh. Well, even without a pulse. Surely Edward Cullen would laugh too.

Maggie Stiefvaterm_stiefvater on September 4th, 2010 08:48 pm (UTC)
Yes. Also because of the pants-peeing.
jamileigh17: Cookiejamileigh17 on September 2nd, 2010 04:33 pm (UTC)
ROTFL! Sooooo true! Add a few explosions in space, and a slapstick joke, and you've got every movie made in the last 20 years!
Maggie Stiefvaterm_stiefvater on September 4th, 2010 08:49 pm (UTC)
Yep. I'm going to use this to write my novels. ;p

Unfortunately, the original video I posted has been taken down, where it was acted out in much the same way as Fake Movie, but have you heard DaVinchi's Notebook's Title of the Song?
Maggie Stiefvaterm_stiefvater on September 4th, 2010 08:49 pm (UTC)
Indeed! I got to see them in concert, even.
Charlottecharlottehubert on September 2nd, 2010 05:15 pm (UTC)
Haha! Ok so now I'm gonna go watch "Movie Title" *wink* :P

I think my favourite part is the intense sincerity. ;)
Maggie Stiefvaterm_stiefvater on September 4th, 2010 08:51 pm (UTC)
High production value helps, too.

I am speechless with awe.

Also, I share your music choice :-)
Maggie Stiefvaterm_stiefvater on September 4th, 2010 08:51 pm (UTC)
It's such a fantastic song.
Ellz Readzelnice on September 2nd, 2010 07:15 pm (UTC)
Will there be a sequel?

annette0303 on September 2nd, 2010 07:38 pm (UTC)
Hahaah, I loved it! :D

I discovered a new band recently. They're from my country [Poland! yaaay! :D] and their music has some "Kings of Convenience"-vibe in it, so I thought you may like them, too. They are called Twilite. Let me know about your thoughts on their work after you'll listen to them.

Again, sorry for my English. I'm trying to be as good as I can. :)

Maggie Stiefvaterm_stiefvater on September 4th, 2010 08:53 pm (UTC)
Ohhh, very Maggie choice. Thank you for the recommendation!

I love the how dyed hair really DOES mean rejection of social norms. :) "Actor Desperately Trying for an Academy Award". AMAZING.

I love this video so much.
liamdeihr on September 2nd, 2010 08:14 pm (UTC)
And note the strangely Avatar-esque violin work...I would notice that.

In the grand scheme of things in which we quote Shakespeare until he rises from the grave, I would like to be the beloved actor who died this year.

Oh, yes.

HAHAHAHHA!

When I saw this, I was really tempted to go put "Inspiring final lines of a speech that douchebags will quote in their Facebook profiles!" under Quotes on my Facebook profile. Hahaha.

I saw this a few weeks ago after it was posted on bookshelves of doom and loved it then, as I still do now. It is HILARIOUS and so true. ;./

I couldn't watch this vid before on Tessa's blog, because I didn't have high speed then, but HAHAHA. Too funny!
Maggie Stiefvaterm_stiefvater on September 4th, 2010 08:54 pm (UTC)
I cannot believe she took so long to force me to watch it.
The Traveler of Dreams and Time, Kirvee: Eliot Shockdemonichate on September 2nd, 2010 11:14 pm (UTC)
That was amazing, XD.

If only this was a real movie. I'd see it just for the homosexual references, XD.
